The challenge The team needed one place to see revenue, usage and churn, but the data lived in three separate tools and every report was built by hand. What I built A multi-tenant dashboard on Next.js and Postgres with live charts, role-based access for admins and viewers, and Stripe billing wired straight into the metrics. The result Reporting that used to take a day now loads in under a second, and every customer sees only their own data.
